Order stuck in customs
Dear Eshop world customer service,
With reference to my last email sent to you where I asked you to proceed with my orders, I kindly confirm that I will pay all customs fees, import duties, and taxes charged by customs directly to the shipping company located in Lebanon, and in Lebanese currency 'LBP'. This company will be responsible to clear my orders, pay custom charges, and deliver them to my address.
In this case, you as 'Eshop world' are not responsible to pay any additional surcharges requested by customs.
You will only be responsible for the shipment to reach Lebanon - Beirut airport.
I insist on paying any extra charges in Lebanese pounds LBP and not in USD.
Your cooperation and understanding are highly appreciated.
